I'm sure my time was "SUPER FAST" but in reality I'm sure I was hurting. Ramping it up & starting to feel good. Consistency!! EDIT: reading this on 5/5/15 I do not remember upping the weight & think I had done 135# instead the entire time. Not sure, can't remember.
