W/ Leah we did the following:
3x3 dead
then
amrap 10
1 medball squat clean thurster
run 50 meter forwards
then 50 meters backwards
2 medball squat clean thurster
run 50 meter forwards
then 50 meters backwards
3 medball squat clean thurster
run 50 meter forwards
then 50 meters backwards..etc
Dead: 305#
me: 6 SCT into round of 11
Leah: 1/2 into run of rnd 10
Tough one. Back super tight after deads. Great to get back into it. I've been having a hard time w/ work & all the sitting.
