swim 50 yards in pool
2 rnds of 10 pushups
15 squats

B: Bring Sally Up squats w/ 45# bar

C: 10 min AMRAP
5 hspu
10 ring rows
15 goblet squats w/ 30#

A: aprox 9 mins
B: Done
C: 5 rnds w/ hspu & one ring row

"A" was tough w/ upside down belly & pushups kicked my a$$ which was a surprise. Yesterday's HSPU or the swim was putting a hurting. "B" was fun & tough. Don't rest at bottom - keep tension!!. "C" was tough cause of ring rows - they were kicking as well. HSPU were awesome!! Long day but good.
