@ home

A: 5*3 box squats
B: 10 min amrap
5 back squats 135#
3 hspu
10 box jump overs

A: 125#-135#-155#-160#-165#-175#-185#
B: 6 rounds one back squat

Box squats = awesome.  Had weight belt on super tight. Did 160# with unevened bar. Was going to stick with 175# Max but decided to go with 185#. Owned! Wod was tough... Hspu were nice. Jump overs nice change.
