A: 5*3 c&j
B: 10 min amrap
10 Med ball clean 20#
10 burpees
Run down 50 meters
Run backwards 50 meters

A: light weight at 95#
B: 5 rounds with some extra

Did with Bubba and Sean. Kept c&j light for then and to keep my form good. Wod felt awesome and it hurt good as well.
