10 wallball shots w/ 20# ball
Lunge walk w/ ball OH 4 steps
5 ball slams
Lunge back

A: Didn't keep track but prob 6/7

Fun...shoulders were whooped. Allan yelling at me during made me move well. Allan did it scaled as well. He did awesome.
