@ Work

A: 5 min AMRAP
3 kb swings (increase by 3 reps each round)
5 pushups
6 kb swings
5 pushups
9 kb swings
5 pushups
If the 3 rnds are complete before the 5 mins the WOD time extends to 10 mins. Follow same pattern until unable to complete w/in the 5 mins.

A: 12 swing into rnd of 33 swings.

Very tough one. Super back is feeling IT from 14.3 & then this back killer. Fun though...did it in the bay at work. Grunting and all!! Pushups were cake. Feeling good. Taking my Pootein & my TEN stuff. Ready to kill it in the new gym!!
