Pretty tough. Bar got heavy quick. Jumps were good. I'm loving the bumpers. Leah was a good coach for this one at the end. Bar started to sink in the ground. Started taking TEN supplements. https://www.10institute.com/ feeling pretty good. Did a fre more at heavy weight to see how much I could get up.
