1-10 tire jumps
sprint between sets & do 3 ring dips
C: 10 min amrap
10 kb swings
10 goblet squats
100 meter sprint
This was over last few days. Felt pretty good in both met cons. no so great in weighted squats. Form was good but no very heavy. Ready to have a lighter schedule & more time on the bar. Ordering some bumpers & bars soon. Can't wait!!
