A: 5X3 front squat
then
50 air squats
40 kb swings
30 burpees
20 thrusters w/ 40#
10 ring dips
B: 10-1 on med ball plyo pushups
1-10 medball squat cleans
Two days of WOD's. Thrusters kicked my ass....pushup squat clean was easy. Bumpers should be here tomorrow!!
