Ouch!! 9/11 workout had to be tough. This one put a hurting. Not working out in a few weeks than taking this one on was tough. Wanted todo Grace instead of 30 DL's but my body couldn't do it. Starting hurting on the first round of Kelly. Fran was not as bad as I was expecting....5 thrusters per set....burpees were super slow & painfull.
