A: Run to top of Radio Mountain
do 5 burpees every 3 mins
A: Just short of 45 mins
14 cycles of 5 burpees. Rested about 2 mins @ the top of the mountain. Was tough on the way up. Got out there early & was running into the clouds. Fun!
