A: With a continuually running clock where it marks the min
Run 800 meters w/ 75# sandbag
@ 1 min mark drop bag & run the rest of the 400 meter lap
Once back @ bag continue 800 meter run
If 1 min mark is hit when running back to bag drop & do 10 pushups
30 minute cap

Rest 30 secs

100 situps while using sandbag like an AbMat

A: just under 20 mins

Pretty tough. Was planning on running 1 mile with bag but realized it would not be possible. (just typing that upsets me). One I hit the 15 min mark I decided to make the clock strike @ the 2 min mark instead. Thus allowing me to make a longer distance w/ the bag on my back.
