@ Work

A: AMRAP in 15 mins of
10 SA snatches R 40# db
5 pushups
10 SA snatches L 40# db
5 pushups

A: 8 rnds +10 snatches & 1 pushup

Tough. Turns out left arm is stronger & more efficient than my right. What was tough was my wind & controlling the path of the DB. Diet fell off a bit & now that I'm back in town I'm going to continue @ CFMT. Can't wait till family is here. Praying for Emerson!!
