B: Nice work w/ PVC

Sub'd BMU w/ 7 pullups & 7 ring dips. Split snatches need work. I'm really looking forward to having an OLY space to work on lifts w/ Leah. Initially started w/ 95# on snatch but moved down 65# on final round. Not the weight that a 4 year CF'er should be working w/. Same story all 4 years looks like.
