Tore my hands big time on pullups @ # 70. Felt pretty good. Not even close to my previous pr of 21:04. Pushups hurt like they normally do. Squats @ situps were a welcomed end. Front squats felt okay. Once again I'm really looking forward to Leah & I having our own pain cave in our future garage.
