Cleans feeling a bit better. I'm thinking that all this time CrossFitting I've never really evaluated my Oly lifts in an attempt to make them better. I have however really looked into my other movements & worked on making them better. Why is that I wonder. WOD felt really good thanks to the dubs. Cleans had arm pull obviously.
