Been feeling good but I'm thinking my own programming is screwing w/ CFMT's. My legs were shot from that lunge WOD I did w/ the sandbag. 5 rm back squat was very week. I'm ready to Leah to be up here then we can start knocking out this Outlaw stuff. When I did Manion before (the complete WOD) it was much easier. Also I had taken the bar from the ground this time around when the previous was from a rack.
