@ The Moon

Warmup:
AMRAP 8 min
40 yard bear crawl
10 med ball squat cleans
10 lunges
5 pushups

A: Max time L-Sit on rings & work on HS walk

B:
3 rft of
10 GTOH w/ 95# bar
20 pushups
run 400 meter

W: 3?
A: 10 secs or so w/ obvious work on free hand stand
B: 11:23

Warmup felt good. L-Sits will be there as I get back into CF'ing. HS hold will have to be a regular thing/warmup for me. WOD went well but pushups were my down fall. Need to start doing the 10-1 as a cash out after WOD's to get better at them.
