@ Home

A: Run w/ 75# sand bag aprox 1 mile while running up & down hilly roads. 10 sandbag squats every 5 mins.

Pretty fun running around the neighborhood w/ everyone giving you funny looks. Upper chest supper tight now around the ribs from holding the bag for so long. Will be doing more of this sandbag running. Good stuff.
