A: 100 burpees for time
w/ 1 scluster w/ 40# dbs on the min every min

Had to fight the "want to quit". Went well. Had a cuban sub for dinner..it put a hurting on me. Need to be super strict when I have the chance to choose my own food. No cheats!! Fighting my way back is tough. 1st round of burpees were 21 w/ about 10 or so per round after.
