Farmers carry stair climb w/ 40# db then perform one of the following:
10 Deadlift/Burpee
10 Clean
10 Front Squat
10 PushPress
10 SAS (each arm)
A: 12:13
Super hot out & sweating it up. Carries got tough. I think it would be a good challenge w/ 4 rnds.
