Taking front squats back to basics. Working on solid upright torso w/ elbows high & weight on heals. Only way to make sure is w/ bar against verticle plane. Next time use 45# bar against verticle plane. Tire jumps were a good lung burner. 10 sets of 10 jumps w/ aprox 30 sec rest between sets.
