Horrible!! My FS was very poor form w/ rounded back & presses were broken like a promise. Had to drop down to 115# on BP for round of 9's. Leah whooped me on this one. Presses hard after squats do tue shoulders on fire after holding the bar in the front rack. We talked alot about form on the front squat that even though you get it up w/ a rounded back that doesn't mean it's 'improving' your sqauts but in fact hurting your squats. Taking my front squats back to basics.
