Decending ladders of pullups & pushpresses @ 35# db w/ both stations about 50 yards apart starting @ 10 reps. Did small tire toss overhead there & back between stations.

Flips got tough while PP & PU did not. There is no roll for my tire after I toss it, just straight flat on the ground everytime. Even rolls back to me sometimes.
