This was the first time I've done it RX. Not mutch longer than my previous scalled attempts. Last time was 29:03 w/ supermans instead of full back ext. K2E & Wall ball shots were tough. Thought burpees would be welcomed but they were painfull. I'm sad to type it but during the WB I was ready to quit. I'm glad I finished. Leah did awesome! Hope next time to move a little faster.
