Felt very good on this WOD. HSPU were completelly unbroken & full range. Had a plate w/ a single towel on it. T2R were unbroken as well. Squat Cleans crushed me specially after Fran yesterday. I was saying after this WOD that I would have done Fran again...it was tough but fun!!
