A.1: 3 sets of Suicide bench
A.2: 3 rnds db pushups - 45# plate oh carry
A.3: 3 rnds single arm bench press

A.1: pretty heavy. Arms fried.
A.2: pushups after benching was super tough
A.3: single arms were also super tired
