W/ Leah we did the following:
1: AMRAP 10 mins of
5 kb snatches right hand & 5 kb snatches left hand = 10 snatches
10 unloaded pushups
2: 1 min work 30 secs rest
squats
situps
sprints
1: Me: 7 rnds + 1 snatch
Leah: 6 rnds + 7 snatches
2: 49/35/2 200 meters
Snatches rip hands. First few rounds I was moving but hands started taking a beating. Moving pretty well, perhaps is diet was better I would move even faster. Leah did awesome. Also, a good warmup pre-wod.
