By myself I did the following:
5 rft of
5 deads
4 HPC
3 Front Squats
2 push press
1 shuttle run w/ heavy bag
Me:9:21
Cash out w/ 10 pushups on the min for 10 mins / tabata situps (caught a call @ rnd 6 of tabata cycle)
In the evening did:
100 push press w/ 95#. If I put the bar down I did 5 burpees.
Me:12:06
25,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,5.
Presses put a soreness on my ankles that hindered my sleep but the 2 a day wod felt good.
