@ Home

W/ Leah & Emerson we did the following:

Nate
20 min AMRAP
2 muscle ups
4 HSPU
8 KB Swings

I didn't keep track of rounds. This wod sucked as I couldn't keep the movements consistent. I had to sup w/ C2B Pullups & negative hspu to kick ups. Leah & Ems did awesome.
