@ Station

Bymyself after dinner did:

AMRAP in 12 mins of
10 Pushpress w/ 95#
10 pushups

Me: 7 rnds +7 pushpress

Good chest work. Pushups went better than expected. Funny part about this was that we had soft tacos & I worked out @ night...I did & ate the same thing the night I bust open my shin.
