W/ Leah we did the following:
21 sqauts, 135#
run 400 meters
18 squats, 135#
run 400 meters
15 squats, 135#
run 400 meters
12 squats, 135#
run 400 meters
Me: 20:17
Leah had me by almost a whole round & I caught back up. Squats went better than expected. 21's were the worst. Could have pushed harder in the runs.
