W/ Whitler we did the following:
Grace
30 C&J w/ 135#
Me: 5:00
Then we did:
30 Wallball burpees
Then alternating
10-25-50 Dead's @ 135#
50-25-10 Situps
2 min plank hold to finish it out.
Whit beat me in grace by about 2 mins. I'm not sure all of his reps would have counted but I'm sure some of mine were not completelly locked out either. Wallball shots felt good considering yesterdays WOD. Deads/Situps sucked!! Fun stuff...felling pretty good!!!
