W/ Leah we did the following:
4 rft of
run 400 meters
50 air squats

Felt very very good. Started taking vitamins & have already felt the benefits of them. Squats were pretty easy especially after yesterdays class @ The Pinnacle where we coached the same WOD. It was a good reminder of how to do a squat & the typical faults.
