By myself did the following:
5 rft of
w/ MSA mask on
10 log flips
800 meter run
Then did:
2rnds
10 bench @ 135#
20 burpees
20 situps
1 rnd
5 bench @ 135#
10 burpees
10 situps
Cash out: 25 deads @ 135#
I think it's time finally. Coaching @ the Pinnacle I've realized that I need to get back on it. No more Mr.NiceGuy.
