@ Home

W/ Leah we did the following:

AMRAP 15 mins of
5 heavy front squats
200 meter sprint
10 T2R

Me @ 155#: 5 +7 T2R

So close to 6 rnds. Squats were heavy. Middle of back super tight when I got up in the morning. T2B were easy & sprint became a jog. Squats took it outa me.
