In Tampa

During medical specialist class in Tampa we did workouts @ LA Fitness.

Rowed 1k
PP's 35# db 100 times
Back Squated
Cleaned some weight
T2B
5x250m row w/ 30 secs rest between efforts

LA Fitness is the devil & is not a fun place to workout @. Everyone looks at you funny when you do any CF movements. Wondering how & why.....if they tried it they would see benefits.
