Before work @ MRMC did the following:
AMRAP 15 min of
5 ring pushups
10 KB Swings, 2 pood
20 F2G situps
Me: 11 rns +1 pushups
Situps became tough. KB swings were only bearable because they came in 10's. Felt good. Pushed hard didn't get to winded. Transition between movements could have been abit faster. Picking up the KB became difficult...mentally.
