@ The ZOO did the following Sub WODs:
Dead
3-3-3-3
Then did:
AMRAP 15 mins of
2 rnds of Cindy
Run 200 meters
Deads were up to 315. I didn't goto failure but I was doing 5's instead of 3's. It had to be touch and go w/ no rest at the bottom.
Me: 5 rnds +5 squats
Pushups got tough. Need to work on pushups like Whitler does. 10 on the min for 20 mins. Using both WOD to sub for:
8 rds for time of:
10 Burpees
15 Jumping alternating lunges
20 Double-unders
25 yard Shuttle sprint (5 x 5 yards)
Rest 90 seconds
and
Front Squats
3-3-3-3-3
I still might do the squats tomorrow.
