Mix between L-pullups & strict. No kip ever. Then w/ the presses we both stayed consistent w/ our count but on last two rounds we went AMRepAP in a min for the min w/ one min rest between. I'm thinking the WODs are whooping my ass during & after however it might be the perception because there is no one that is wodding w/ me that I can compare too; not like when @ The ZOO. I guess I'll keep griding away.
