W/ Leah timing for me & keeping count I did the following:
Nate
AMRAP in 20 mins
2 MU
4 HSPU
8 KB Swings 2 pood
Me: 9 + 1 pullup
Subd w/ C2B Pullups after 1st round & negative to kick up HSPU after first couple of rounds. My shoulder was not 'happy' after my warmup...guess I shouldn't have done the test MU. Didn't have a full meal all day prior to WOD which I'm sure was the reason for the difficulty.
