After along day in the late evening I did the following #6:
Death By Pullup
30 burpee buy out
14 rnds w/ 9 pullups
I belive I did rnd 12 twice because I did 12 on my 11th but after doing the math I had figured out I did one extra. Chest & Tri's are tight after dead/pushups wod. Need to get some lifts in while doing mainsite wods.
