Bench Press 10-10-5-5-1-1
135-145-155-160-165-175(pr)
------
Strict shoulder press 10-10-10-5-5-1
95-105-115-125-135(f)-130
Working on shoulder & chest strength & also didn't wany to feel the pain of metcon. Needed slow day.
