W/ Leah, Dave & Shae we did the following:
5 min AMRAP
Squat Clean Thruster Burpee
Me: 40# db
26 reps
Then did it again w/ aprox a 5 min rest between w/ 95# bar.
28 reps
I was hurting after this WOD. My Crappy eating over last few weeks put a very big hurt on me. I almost visited Pukie.
