Weighted pullups 1-1-1-1-1-1
Then did
AMRAP 12 mins 5 ring dips 10 ring rows 20 lunges
10 rnds ?
Ring rows got tough after abit & did iron mikes for the lunges as I didn't feel like walking away from pullup bar.
