Pyramid up/down w/ 2 reps till failure

W/ bumpers @ station. Prob could have hit 185# but bar had almost 0 rotation. Then did a metcon of the following:
5 rft of
155# power clean 10 reps
burpees 10 reps
Me: 11:23
Then later in the day w/ crew worked on sprints & deadlifts. Did 375# w/o a prob.
