If you put the bar down or rested @ the rack you ran 400 meters.
15 min cap
Me: 25-40-55-75-87-98
2 reps short of time cap. This one is still making me upset. I thought I had it. I was phuqing w/ my count for to long after my reps before I ran which took up to much time. I could have used that for my last 2 reps. Can't have that shit @ the Iron Curtain.
