Deadlift
Bench press
DL: 185-315-225-365-275-375
BP: 95-165-135(only 14 reps)-185-145-195
Then in the PM

30/15secs work/rest intervals w/ the following:
Dead Lift 135#
Jumping Squats w/ 21# med ball
Pushups on plates
Situps w/ med ball
Dubs
Score = # of reps
Me: 496
This one was all mental. You didn't want to get one more rep but w/ it being only 30 secs you had to push it. Good test for the iron curtain.
