On a float to St.22 I did the following:
Squat Clean & Jerk
3-3-3-3-3
10 push press w/ 45# db between sets
115-135-140(unequal loading of bar)155-165(failed all 2 presses)
Tried for 175# SC & failed.
Iron Curtain wod #1 will include 155# push press & dubs. Wod #2 is 1RM squat clean.
